Richard, you can be rest assured S3 has taken a barrage of negative e-mail since it's little run from 24 to 7. And Im sure you can imagine the kind of flames that are contained within. So the best way to sift through the legitimate vs the flames is to scan them quickly and if they contain friction they quickly move on. I found S3 IR is extremely effective at answering your questions by phone. Give em a call, IR answers quickly and will give you a very courteous answer on the spot.
