Wow, from PollyAnna to Artemus...in the same day! I'm not sure how you can say that the emerging lifeform of AI doesn't have anything to do with our liberty, our freedom and future as a species...we aren't the naked ape standing on top of the hill pounding our Supreme chests anymore. We are a collective...interdependent and all equally precarious. This repetition of 'the state, the state' has a hollow ring...we are the state...we're in a state...but things are far from Static. It's a constant, rapid evolution- "Wicca and New Age"...? I don't know much about Woo-woo...so ya lost me there...
