Tuck, I agree that its a pretty decent financing deal. Especially as the lender is committed to buying the shares, if ESTI needs the money. And ESTI may make demand for only the money needed. This gives ESTI a nice cushion, if it needs a cah infusion, which it may if it pmtr is approved and ESTI wants to ramp up production. BTW, I have given up hope for PLC. If TMR is going to fly, I am convinced that its going to be on the wings of ESTI. Richard
