You would have to be a gambler to play these IPO on the
open market. I did with RMBS and luckly it went up. I did put
a blind market order before it is public (Etrade did accept the
order but did not excute it until it was traded publicly). I got in
at exactly 24 which according to Lombard intraday is the
openning price. It dipped to 22.5 before taking off.

You got to have a lot of faith in the company to do this.
