With the current die shrink, the PIII is 90 sq mm. That makes Willy 2.4X larger than the PIII!

One thing about the die size is that since it is so huge, I wonder if there any chance Intel may not have disclosed some features yet? Willy is 127 sq mm larger than PIII and may have slightly more cache than PIII. Maybe the SSE2 takes up a LOT of die space, or is it just because of the 20 stage pipeline? Scumbria?
