re:CNC can't repay its debts on time

since we got over insolvency mainly due to your kindness lets address this "can't repay" thing. To my best understanding CNC still have fairly good short-term borrowing power so if everything fails cnc would borrow to repay. Granted that it would cost an arm and a leg for cnc but it also would mean that creditors do not complete control, not yet at least. "can't repay" simply means that the value of the company is zero (on risk adjusted basis) and if I recall it correctly the cap is around 2.4 billion which is slightly more than than zero.......
