"can't repay" simply means that the value of the company is zero (on risk adjusted basis) and if I recall it correctly the cap is around 2.4 billion which is slightly more than than zero.......

Sorry, Al, but that just doesn't follow at all. Basically, you're asserting, above, that the very fact that CNC continues to trade publicly (with a nonzero share price) is proof of its ability to pay off future debts. That's taking the Efficient Markets Theory way too far.
