Let's Rock Quokka Sports Inc. (QKKA) traded as high as 10 5/8 in after- hours trading. It closed at 6 3/4 in regular trading. General Electric Co. (GE)'s NBC television network agreed to invest as much as $140.8 million in Quokka, which provides sports programming over the Internet. GE fell 11/16 to 56 3/16.
