i see...in any case, explosions and accidents at oil facilities have reached new record highs this year, imo due to lingering y2k problems with embedded chips (just a guess - how else explain it?). that is also the reason why we get the heaviest maintenance downtime this September in over a decade...it comes at a remarkably inopportune point in time... we can print money, but no-one can print oil...
