Lee, I'd suggest you check out the information on their site for complete details. Minimum account balance is $2000. They don't offer money market funds but they pay 95% of the 90-Day U.S. Treasury Bill Yield, unfortunately however, only on the portion of balances in excess of USD 10,000. I've been trading with them for almost five months now and I'm very satisfied so far. JHowever, if you need handholding or are not willing to invest the time and effort to learn about the various order routes (especially with NASDAQ stocks) they're probably not the broker for you. As for reliability, they are a direct access broker (like MBTrading, CyberCorp etc.) and offer a windows-based client software that hooks you into the markets so you won't experience any problems with slowness on busy days as is typical of web-based online brokers. The only thing that can and does cause delays at times is specialists and market makers doing their thing. Dave
