dealing with late adaptor sceptics here, You won't meet a more hide-bound group of business men than publishers! starting with the works of Nevil Shute, a very readable but mostly forgotten author. "Trustee from a toolroom" is one of my favorite all-time works of fiction. I always hoped that Alec Guinness would play the lead in a movie. Too late now. Shute wrote only one bad book, "On the Beach", which was made into a message movie in the '50s. The Ebook will get me the day I can download the latest Clancy or Griffin on the day of publication.
