Mobile phone producer Capitel Group sold 3.58 million mobile phones in the first half of the year, ranking No 1 in the country [snip]... It also produces the most Nokia mobile phones in China. Gee, I thought from reading the QCOM'ers posting here that the Asian menace was going to wipe out Nokia. At least somebody in wireless is kicking ass in China! Saw also that Unicom is on a big push to upgrade its GSM network. Although NOK didn't get the infra contract, and there's competition, should nevertheless translate into good h.s. sales.
