I have in the past posted on this thread and was, by and large, welcomed and/or tolerated. I am not here now to defend Luc's thread, but bonnuss' post is most misleading. I would ask others on the porch to examine the post for which you were banned. It isn't outrageous -- just weird and a little provocative. It was not an alternative POV. It expressed no POV. Your assessment of why you were banned (in the post I am now responding to) rings hollow and porchers will/can see this. I wouldn't have banned you for your post, but Luc's decision does not bother me. I simply have no feelings about it either way. _________ To the porch in general: I think this would be a good time to buy some insurance as per our last series of posts. I have enjoyed this run up as much as anyone, but there are decent indications that we may now have a some down. We will not be crashing or anything so extreme, but it may not be a good time to add longs. Might be a good time to stand aside for a couple of days. In any case, the best time to get cheap insurance is on the way up, not on the way down. Could be wrong. If so, I'll end up being long. -g --Allan
