Joseph, this post shows the ratios at the recent swing high and lows.

using the first ratio 57% area is oversold, 80% is overbought, these standards of overbought or oversold can change.

although 80% has registered some pretty good topz, just about everybody is on the bandwagon at 80%, at that point the crowd has been jumpin out of it's shorts bullish -g-

80% was registered at the march nas top and the 7/17 top.
