I think that it is what everybody has been expecting for some time now, but the "rate hikes are over " rally has probably already happened. I also think the longer term outlook is quite bullish for the NAS as the U.S. economy is still strong and the tech stock story is still there. Of course, Sep and Oct are historically bad months. Is that why you think they could be rough?
