In name only. He did not train in boot camp, nor was he required to qualify with any weapon. Figure it out, since he didn't know how to shoot, what the hell good was he for "our side". It has been reported, though I cannot prove it, that he did not even file his own dispatches. They were all done by a "ghost" writer. The only thing he was there for, was for photo ops. ~H~
