Nope. The name is something like "The National Endowment for The Arts" that funds them. Not sure of the exact name, because I don't give a damn about and outfit that does biased reporting. It IS federal money, plus that which is sent to them by the Democratic Party, to insure their cooperation in skewing the news. ~H~
