Hello Dave;

In case you were not watching WSTL's trading activity on level II, Jeffries of all companies along with Frost among a few others were hitting the ask for a good portion of shares. Tight trading range in my mind equates accumulation. Now lets see to what effect it will have. EFNT had a good day today on some rather good news indicating that DSL is growing continually. One could only hope that analyst Joseph Bellace at Jeffries comes out soon and changes his rating which caused a thrashing particularly for EFNT & WSTL. Remember these were his words paraphrased:

"a potential strike at Verizon could negatively impact customer premises equipment (CPE) modem shipments. Bellace thinks Westell is the primary supplier to Verizon. He also cut his rating on Efficient Networks to a "hold" from a "buy," as the company is the secondary supplier to Verizon."
