Well, I'll reply to my self. My broker called and said GTE had a bid in for $29, straight sale, no commissions. From what I have gleened [a midwest term for picked up] you can get $29 now or if GTE gets 2/3 of the shares, $29 at any time. No more, no less. OOPS, GTE has to own the shares by June 9, 1997. After June 9, They could dump all of their shares, what a mess. Market could move BBN up, rebid? second offer? GTE dump? $10/share- ATT $35/ share? My God Batman what do we do? Remember Ish needs to be on Prozac but I sold half and am waiting for June 9 for the rest. One dummy's opinion. Judy and RRR55, I'll miss the posts. Lets find a good one next time. Bill
