In addition to improved expectations for TCI's capital expenditures, I think the market may be following the insiders to some extent. Five insiders bought 38,500 shares at just over 8 per Barrons 5/19. The stock looked cheap to me, too, at that level -- wish I had bought more. I think we may have another buying opportunity now, although not quite such a bargain, as the stock pulled back pretting sharply to 10-5/8 after hitting 12 on the initial reaction to the TCI joint venture announcement. Does anyone know more about it than was in the press release? The ANTC web site did not even have that, which I take to be a good sign -- the company concentrating on the business, not the hype.
