San Diego County Credit Union Selects Sedona's Next-generation Internet CRM Solution; City's Largest Credit Union To Implement New Intarsia Product
LIMERICK, Penn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 23, 2000--SEDONA(R) Corporation (NASDAQ: SDNA) (www.SEDONAcorp.com) announced today that the San Diego County Credit Union, the area's largest, locally owned financial institution, has selected SEDONA's new Intarsia(TM) Internet customer relationship management (CRM) application.
San Diego County Credit Union will implement both Intarsia and its Lead Factory module, a Web-based lead tracking and management system that provides marketing analyses and shows profitable and unprofitable customers.
Intarsia allows users to enhance their internal customer and/or prospect data from back office systems with "live" user demographics, behaviors, interests and preferences information provided by third-party content management suppliers. This enhanced data is then visually filtered and analyzed to provide timely and precise "information-on-demand" or "Smart Content" to all of Intarsia's CRM front-office components, such as lead tracking and management, profitability management, promotion management, segment management and report publisher.
"Intarsia is designed to meet the unique customer relationship management needs of small-to-mid-sized financial institutions and can give companies like San Diego County Credit Union the ability to distribute information via their Intranet; improve their calculation and understanding of member profitability, and meet their system architecture plans as they develop new e-commerce business models," said Marco Emrich, president and CEO, SEDONA.
