Don't knock it Frank. I am loving this wall of worry. Nice slow climb is just fine with me. The politically motivated morons will eventually be shown to be just that. In the meantime the beareaucratic idiots don't increase the problems by doing something stupid like creating a 2 million barrel HO reserve DURING a HO shortage. Why doesn't anyone with common sense want to go into politics?
