The B.S. they pump out is exemplary (IMHO) of why the powers that be keep us in the pink.

"The lady at the SEC is on vacation..."
"We need financials from 30 years ago..."

They guy is convicted (right?) and he won't get the heck out of the way.

If they continue to tell the loyal investor this kind of crap, the SEC is justified in keeping BANY where it is. It protects the rest of the public from tossing their money on the heap.
