Vet/ "could be worth"........... bottomline, no. As you indicated, there's more info. required and even then it's hard to say. I believe on average it costs around $1 - $2mil to construct a plant but that'll depend too upon capacity, etc. Also, don't know how the environmental approval and permitting angles are costed. Do know that the approval process is onerous, unpredictable and does take time. Earlier you were wondering about the possibility of a list of Alberta facilities or such like. I haven't made the call but I did obtain a possible AEUB contact (Calgary based) who may have such a creature. If you send me an email I'll forward you the name I was given. Plan to call myself in next month or so..........
