Slider XOI again. The 540 range top has been in place for a full year. in the past 6 months or so it's begining to show some rising bottoms. Curiously, the monthly chart already shows a break out with the rising bottoms. So technically on the monthly's it has already entered a bull phase.

But I don't want to stretch the point at all here, because in absolute terms 540 has been the "dead zone". I can't say if this area will fall but $35 crude might do it. We'll all just have to wait and see I guess.
