Not at all. I don't know who actually owned the jets. The Order allowing their sale suggests that "GMD" (whoever that is) held title to them. Becka's client is or was one of the defendants in the case. I don't know exactly how the SEC claims that his client was involved. I mentioned Becka because I thought it was interesting that he was involved in some aspect of the case. I would be very interested in finding out how LFT fits into the scheme, should it be the same LFT that is involved with HITT. The SEC has characterized the scheme as major. I suspect that the fact that substantial assets are being gathered by the Receiver means that the major players have acquiesced in the SEC's actions. Scroll down to the signature lines on this page.
