Generally, it's not safe to make any assumption about BtB.

That said, most frequently the revisions are upward. But I believe Gottfried has seen examples of downward revisions as well.

I tend to ignore the ratio from an investment perspective.
From an interesting statistic perspective, I do make note of how quickly and how much the backlog is increasing.
