Dean: You are quite correct that we should reject those two proposals,
but our votes are meaningless. If you check page 2 of your information
circular, 83.29% of the shares are owned by two corporations, CDS & Co.,
and CDED & Co. Whatever they decide will happen. Any idea who they are?

Another interesting thought - those 2 companies plus Cambior control
95.14% of Zappa's 19,478,282 shares. The rest of us have 946,709 shares.
Unless those first 2 companies keep dumping shares, why are Zappa's rallies so
short lived?
