For the record:

Two quarters ago, at the CC where Bell announced the strategy change of forgoing earnings in favor of international growth, ATHM upped their subscriber projections to 3 million and specifically stated that this did not include international subscribers.

At the last CC, where the subscriber growth numbers were lower than expected, Goldman and Bell reiterated their 3 million projection, but this time did include international subscribers (but not chello’s subscribers).
