Don,
The reason you are not seeing colors is that you are using IE from Microsoft. When you have a monopoly, it is not necessary to give quality or value to your customers. One of the MS memos from billy gates in the trial stated that he knew that IE could not compete on the basis of features or quality.

Seeing color requires Netscape. NO COLOR FOR YOU DON! The MS color Nazi has spoken.
