I never respond to bashers as my responses have been taken out of context. However, your post is libelous and contains out and out lies. You may think that you can hide behind an anonymous handle and snipe on the company and myself but this will soon come to an end.
Just the facts:
1. Fact is we are trading at 6 cents.
Answer: The stock IS trading for about 0.06. This is an increase of about 1,000% in less than 1 year.
2. Fact is Stan doesn't care if it goes to a penny.
Answer: The fact is I do not want the stock to go to a penny. I am the largest shareholder and I’m not suicidal. We, the management and staff, work very hard each day to continue moving forward profitably.
3. Fact is that Stan is out for himself and not the stockholders.
Answer: The shareholders are very important to the company and me. We provide a forum on our web site, we will talk to shareholders on the phone, and we answer every email message and letter.
4. Fact is that every time one of you lauds Stan, he is laughing and calling you a sucker.
Answer: No one is EVER called a sucker. The only name calling is done by poster’s on message boards who believe they are immune from ethics because they can post anonymously. This is very similar to being a sniper and taking pot shots.
5. Fact is that this company has so much potential, but it's like placing a sailboat captain in charge of an ocean liner. Stan is incompetent and selfish.
Answer: Correct, this company has a lot of potential. Increases in revenue, decreases in expenses, increases in cash in bank and net income – all reflect the management’s ability to address the potential. The strides this company has made in the past year, more specifically the past six months have far exceeded customer base and profitability of past years.
While Clancy personnel monitor these boards, we believe that shareholder opinions, pro and con are part of the process and we rarely respond in this forum. However, from time to time we believe that response from the Company is proper. In this case we believe that your allegations are not only wrong, but verge on libelous and we believe a response is in order. As your profile indicates you like to short Amazon, could it be you play the same game with other Companies and that is your agenda with Clancy? We don’t understand how a sophisticated investor will spend so much time posting negative items on a Company one does not believe in. Seems to us that your time would be better spent on public companies you believe in, unless your agenda is to short at the expense of other shareholders.
