Comp,

A few months back after cleaning out a virus attack, I found that my DUN was slowly sending small bits of info out onto the Net. I checked all my open programs and saw the Win Scripting Host (demon of the Love Virus) opening on start-up. I pulled it out of the start up directory and have not had a problem since, although I haven't disabled WSH.

Then again it could have been MSFT or Real Networks. Both are extremely obnoxious with their auto updating function.
