You'd be surprised to know that the majority of wealth is concentrated in the "senior" generation... You are correct about the young marrieds and the younger generation getting left further behind. The gap between the haves and haves nots particularly in real estate just got widened with Clinton and Congresses tax break on selling of a home....as real estate prices now accelerate...home ownership becomes that much harder for the younger generation... This break rarely gets mentioned but it will go down in history as one of the largest give aways to the "rich" in history. Jim
