That is buy an enormous warehouse in the middle of Nowhere, USA and distribute from there. Say, how about an abandoned air base in Gander, Newfoundland? Extra double-cheap wages, ready access to New York and Europe. Plus no need to worry about loss of inventory since not many can read 'round there, eh? :-) :-).
