My feeling is: if there is a small float. And there are lots of people
interested. People that get the stocks in IPO and turns around
selling in the open market can be quickly absorbed and the
price would increase.

I haven't read @Home's S-1 but they seem to have an interesting
product, competing with xDSL.

I just checked the ticker ATHM
AMER THERMAL RES INC (ATHM)
price 0.001$. :-)
