Incentive ......

<<So you don't think the guy running this great company should be rewarded above and beyond his salary? Get real man. I don't know about you, but I bought my shares at $15 and am quite content to allow him to turn back the clock and get wealthier, especially if that provides incentive to increase shareholder value further.>>

Interesting attitude. Executives aren't expected to work for salary anymore, they need incentives. I understand the tax advantages for the executive, and the bottom line advantages to the company - you pay his "salary" when you buy the stock. But really, do you think an a $20,000,000 incentive will produce a better result than a $5,000,000 incentive ? Get real, most companies are run for the benefit of the executive class, and it's a one-way street called Easy. But if a few pennies fall to shareholders, it's OK with you.

P.S. I'm long SFA.
