Risk mitigation and risk assessment are essential skills for anyone dealing with Class IV medical devices. But if Fred doesn't know that, he should try to form a medical device company and have his writing set the tone. GO! But the product isn't working!

GO! Risk is power and energy - don't mitigate it!

The FDA, backed by the arms of the FBI, would be in with guns to close them down. BTW, anyone who doubts this can happen, isn't familiar with the history of some medical device companies. Names you'd recognize.
