This is false. Of course they compete. AOL subscribers to internet connectivity leave and become ATHM subscribers to gain internet connectivity. ATHM is a superior product but it's offering the same basic service; connectivity to the internet.

Now, what most who disagree with the Excite purchase refuse to acknowledge is that connectivity will become a commodity. Content will drive subscribers to one provider vs. another provider. If your PC, TV, Handheld, Cellphone, etc., all receive the same personalized content, you will choose that provider. That is the strength of Excite.

And as far as you condensending attitude ahhaha, you have got to be one of least revelent posters on this board because of your inability to discuss revelent points without resulting to insults.
