The DoE comes in at 3 mmbo less yet is this true..?

The EU are talking rate hikes and economic slowdown due to high oil prices, yet in the region gasoline is taxed at around 75% at best. The US tax is 40% on gas if I have the numbers correct.

Wherein lies the inflation surge.. :)
