Well, it's about time to stir the pot with earnings estimates. Looking for .22 this, .27 next, and .35 last -- totaling 1.03 for '97. For '98 looking for 2.37, and '99 4.53 For those interested opertech.com has been updated -- and tamed down somewhat. This quarters sales of 25.6 may be a touch high, actually would be happy to see sales anything over 23.0 mil (proves 20.0 for 1st was not a blip) (Would like to get a discussion going on the plate sales for 1st qtr. -- 5.3-5.6 mil ??? -- anyone ? ) The real kicker here is the ability to handle employee growth rate. Looking at 185 now, and just short of 1000 by the end of '99 --- management nightmare -- unless the planning is in place. Running this company during this stage is not going to be just filling P.O.'s and sending invoices, but the actual building of a 'new' manufacturing workforce.
