Maybe investors are realizing it's not such a bad deal for ONSS. 4 shares of USXX(trading around $1.00) and about a $1.50 in cash works out to about $5.50. At the current price that's about a 80% gain. USXX has traded higher than $6.00 and that's on almost no sales and earnings. ONSS is going to be a big bonus for this company if the merger goes through. I trust Weiler and the rest of ONSS management on this buy out. There must be a good reason to do so. Maybe Portris will just become part of On-Site since Internet-based services are so important. You have to admit ONSS is becoming a much more interesting company. IMHO
