JCDA...worth looking into, whativer. Hasn't really built a base but it is breaking through a declining tops line from July 1 price of about 14. Oversold stochastics are also turning positive now. Might be a decent "fish" if the fundamentals are as sound as you suggest. Thanks!--MK--
