My opinion is that there is a lot of arbitrage going on with CMRC due to the APNT buy out. I hope that when the deal is finalized the short interest in CMRC will diminish. The deal is supposed to be done in 60 to 90 days which should be around Sept. I would think that the MM's know there is a huge arbitrage position in the stock and as the deal gets closer to being done they would recognize the short interest. dawg
