Yes you do sir. You have just made legally libelous claims that are not just or forthright, but your own candid assumption of the facts which is not admisible by a court of law.... what you have demosnstrated is slander, and yes you do need a Legal precedence for your remarks about the President until a court of Law proves otherwise.

If you think any differently then you are dearly mistaken.

You do have the right to choose to beleive what you want privatly about the issue though..that is your personal right.
