Isn't it just amazing how much Allen Lieberman and I hate each other?.... <VBG> I see, by doing a search for my name over on Raging Bull, that he just can't get enough of invoking my name over there. (GET A LIFE BIG AL!!!) So pardon me Janice if I post this to you since he inflicted his personal vitriol for anything having to do with me, onto yourself. I'm assuming he still reads this thread and will likely see this (unless you actually want to post it there on the AZNT thread.... Yeah.. Right!!!. Like you have nothing better to do.. :0)
From day one Allen has done nothing but distort the facts, whether they related to my and my past situation, or to his involvement in RMIL.
Regardless of which alias he assumes, whether it be Ray-Jay Johnson, In_the_know_50, or whomever, he'll never answer the basic question as to what originally motivated him to post on RMIL, or how he even found out about the company. All he claimed to be was some "objective" observer of that discussion.
He bragged on his webpage about his experiences as a "PsyOps" specialist in Vietnam, his S. American experiences, yet displayed his inability to spell Cuati (he spelled it Kuwaiti, or something like that... :0).
And then he goes on to accuse me of hyping or bashing one stock or another. But as you realize Janice, discussing stocks is what these boards are all about, the good, the bad, and the ugly. What separates hype from enthusiasm is the reckless disregard for the facts.
One can be enthusiastic or negative about a company or management once all information is analyzed and a position assumed, long or short.
What defines hype/bashing, in my opinion, is when observable facts are ignored and it becomes obvious that the poster has little regard for the truth.
We saw this with RMIL when the hypsters ignored the obvious fraudulent claims of that company's management with regard to their operation in Florida, the physical status of their ship, and the condition of their water bottling operation in Ten Sleep. Tonto and many others did yeoman's work providing such evidence.
People have a right to be naieve about the market or how to analyse a company's potential profitability, but to ignore such damning photographic evidence as provided in the RMIL case, is downright inexcusable, IMO.
As for my situation, the very fact that I still reject the belief that GRNO's technolgy is fraudulent (they received a patent AFTER their SEC trading halt), and the fact that NOT ONE "NAYSAYER" was EVER willing to provide documentation to substantiate their negative position on that company (and I tried over and over again to get them to send me documentation, which none ever provided), the issues are not completely similar. But hey, that's my personal opinion/perspective and only time will tell if they will eventually succeed, or whether the past 3 years will ever prove to be worth the BS I have put up with.
On the other hand, RMIL shareholders were provided IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE that the situation was NOT as management and the hypsters were portraying it. Yet, they deliberately chose to ignore that evidence, thus further confirming that they were only intent on sucking more speculative money into that stock in hopes of bailing out previous shareholder's positions. They KNEW they were selling snake oil, justifying themselves by accusing other individuals of illegally shorting the stock (Mork).
Well, I don't know Mork... never spoke to him, and could care less if he actually was terminally short RMIL. If he was, more power to him for realizing that the company was a fraudulent shell corporation with few operations and an incompetent management team eager to see suckers like Riley, Pugs, and the others put their money into their manipulation. The best, and only true, way to beat a massive short position is for the company to force a squeeze based on improving financial fundamentals, not through manipulation.
If we're going to start defining any and every positive/negative comment, about ANY company, as being "hyping or bashing", the only result will be frictional "heat" rather than "light". I like to discuss stocks out here. I do it voluntarily, and unlike so many others who criticize me, under my own name. Sometimes I'm right. Sometimes I'm wrong. But ALMOST ALWAYS I have a reason behind my belief about a company/stock. And usually I can document it to boot.
You've done some great work out there Janice. It's just a shame that were you ever to post about any particular small stock, certain elements would instantly seize the moment to accuse you of being a hypster, just out of sheer spite.
And for a man reportedly in his '50s, Allen has all the maturity of a pre-teen child who hasn't gotten their way. Someone who feels they have to constantly play that "I was a decorated Vietnam Vet" card when he doesn't get the instant respect he believes he deludes himself into believing he deserves. Hey, Al Gore was in Vietnam for all of 4 months too.. I have more respect for him than I do Allen (which to those who know my politics says quite a bit in itself). And it certainly doesn't impress someone like myself, who works with individuals who served two tours over there, got shot at, and actually did something other than run propaganda spewing print machines.
I really hate people who use that Vietnam "hero" crap. Anyone who has to point out to others that he was a decorated war veteran, merely as an irrelevant attempt to command respect, is just defiling all of those silent heros, decorated or not, who just calmly state "I was just doing my job".
Thanks for putting up with this post Janice... Hopefully Ray-Jay... err.. Allen will figure out why everyone thinks he's a hypocrite for bashing those who provided documented evidence as to why RMIL was a fraud (But I kinda doubt it... :0) |
