it's 6:40 am, which is more or less the time when i go to bed usually... i don't think Saddam matters militarily, but he has power over quite a bit of crude oil production. imagine Iraq stopping production for only two weeks...that would remove 42 million barrels from the market. i think he may be thinking about using this leverage to bring about a relaxation of the sanctions...as Bubba's advances toward Libya and his letter to the Saudi crown prince have shown, he sells principles for oil at every available opportunity anyway.... good night. i'm going to dream of poisonous bugs.
