Actually I have already posted my thoughts in this regard:

You will note that these are unfortunately the musings of a mere "Mom & Pop" semiconductor fan, rather that a EE expert. But the above explains the rational for my Cypress related expectations as well as I can state them. :8)

I am assuming that RMTR is working on either a drop in high speed DRAM replacement for SRAM, or an embedded core for prospective DSP/Communications. Considering all the events of the last year and RMTR's JEDEC connections in the SRAM subcommittee, I think the SRAM replacement is most likely. But who knows. Perhaps such a design would also serve a large portion of the embedded market. (I am afraid my brain is still "PC" centric in outlook but I'm working on it:8)

RMTR is a tough little company with long history of "expectations". Beware, "dilution" is always as great a threat as "accretion" with RMTR. These "development" contracts with HWP, CY and Infineon are the first whiff of success that we've had in some time.

CY on the other hand appears to already be showing signs of life. But from the looks of their product lineup and position I'd say they are still undervalued. Wish I'd looked at it two months ago though. :8)
