Here are a couple more links from folks who seem to know more than I regarding this growing DRAM SRAM replacement market: Message 14264585 Message 14265251 Looking at Cypress's product line up it stands to reason that they MUST be at the cutting edge of the market move in this direction. Its a huge market as it would appear to open up potential applications currently served by both DRAM and SRAM product lines. If this eDRAM, SRAM replacement, stuff picks up only 25 percent of both the SRAM and DRAM markets you are looking at beaucoup bucks. 0\|0
