David, my thoughts exactly.

If this note had come from Chuck Phillips (or Bob Austrian, or Jim Pickrel), I would pay attention.

But Neal Herman??? And what did he say again? Oracle is targeting the market? There's nothing new here.

Hopefully, the stock will drop into the 130s or so and I can go out and buy a bunch more. A split in Sep and earnings in Oct.

As far as Oracle gaining market share, I still worry if head-to-head Oracle may take a couple of deals from Siebel, but I still haven't seen it. I did some checking on the recent rumor that Oracle had sold CRM into CMB (Chase). Turns out, it was for intelligence SW (i.e. reports), not CRM. CMB is still a SEBL customer, and Oracle still doesn't have any references. The product is still based on Forms.
