You do know something about statistics, right? With the exception of "ever used an illegal drug" and "ever used marijuana", the variations are statistically insignificant, and since only casual experimentation is surveyed, who knows if it is a problem? Additionally, there is no state by state comparison. The figure for per capita public health spending is meaningless without additional data. For example, suppose being 48th means spending $500 less than being number 1, or suppose that the number of insured is unusually high in Texas, so that there is less need for public health services. Raw data like that is worthless......
